Product Care

• Rotate your rug every 6 months for even wear.
• Avoid direct sunlight; use curtains or drapes.
• Vacuum regularly on a gentle, low-suction setting. Do not use rotating (beater) brushes.
• Do not steam clean or dry clean.
• For storage, roll in plastic and use mothballs inside the roll.
• Spot clean only, never wash or soak the entire rug.
• Act immediately. Scoop solids first, then blot (do not rub) with paper towel or a clean white cloth on both sides.
• Use commercial stain removers without hydrogen peroxide, bleach, or whitening agents (test first).
• Mild dishwashing liquid may be used (suds only). Dab gently, avoid soaking, rinse by dabbing with warm water, blot dry, and allow air circulation.
